Best for: Current or aspiring technology leaders (Directors, CTOs, CIOs).

This track focuses on high-level strategic planning and district-wide leadership.

Georgia Certification: Upgrade your existing S-6 certification to an S-7 and your T-6 to a T-7.
Professional Alignment: Aligned with ISTE Technology Director Standards and the CoSN Framework of Essential Skills for K-12 CTOs.
Core Skills: Master strategic planning, policy development, and large-scale technology management.

To be considered for the Ed.D. program, applicants must submit a Graduate Application along with a $60 non-refundable application fee.

Academic Background

Official Transcript: Required from every college or university.
Master鈥檚 Degree: Must be in education or a closely related field from a regionally nationally accredited institution.
GPA Standards: A minimum 2.75 GPA for your bachelor鈥檚 degree.

Professional Credentials

Teaching Certificate: A valid professional teaching certificate (or a departmentally approved equivalent for non-Georgia or non-certified applicants).
Experience: At least 3 years of professional teaching, administrative, or related B-12 experience.
Qualified Mentor: Applicants seeking GaPSC certification must submit a Mentor Form from a mentor meeting GaPSC requirements.

Testing & Documentation

GRE Scores: Competitive Graduate Record Exam (GRE) scores are required. Both GRE and Graduate GPA are evaluated for program eligibility.
Resume/CV: Must document your professional history, leadership activities, and service accomplishments (reflecting at least 3 years experience).
Statement of Purpose (1-3 pages): A single-spaced essay addressing your interest in instructional technology, career goals, research interests, and the 糖心Vlog官方 faculty members you wish to work with.
